SFTP initialization error

I'm getting this error in my scheduled package. Following FTP Error happened Cannot perform initialization on an active SFTP client. This comes after uploading several other files to the same sftp folder with the same object. We've tried adding pauses between the previous upload and this one (up to 10 minutes), changing the ftp object to a different one pointing at the same place, and putting the ftp object in a sub-package within the package.

Getting this file to post is very important because it needs to be loaded from the ftp to trigger their database to refresh.

They also want all the individual files to have success and error emails so all the files that need to be uploaded have to have their own ftp objects (in order to catch successes and errors and send the emails)

Would be possible for us to connect to your SFTP server?

EG: create a user etltools and email us the details

we will then connect remotely and run tests

I'm afraid I can't let you connect to our sftp server and in any case I don't think it will help much. The upload works fine most of the time but fails consistently on one of the sftp upload objects. It's definitly a problem with the software because this sftp works 99% of the time but will tend to get the active client error if too many sftp objects are called one after another. My guess is that the object (when it finishes or fails) doesn't properly close the sftp connection before the next object is run. MOst of the times we get this error, adding a small pause fixes it. In this case the previous upload object is usually failing (the file it looks for isn't always there) and this failure seems to leave the connection open.

In the picture attached all the US2 objects are the same.
