Installation Error

Windows Server 2012 R2

When trying to upgrade to the version above from 6.3.5.1 the installer shows the following Error:



"Error sending data (12175). A Security error occurred."

All components are checked on the previous screen.

The setup is trying to download Tableau client and MsAcess 64 bit from our web site.
If it is unable to do so you get the error message.

Just untick them on the components list

When was the last time the tableau client was updated? We have been having some issue recently and wanted to get the most recent version, to rule that out as a problem.

We use two clients.

Hyper API. it was updated in August last year.
It allows our software to read and create hyper files

We also use TDE API.
It was updated in May 2017.

Can you describe what kind of problems you are having?

The Tableau problem that is referenced here is regarding the other thread I opened "Publish Tableau Error." Just F.Y.I. Thanks!

So if we uncheck those components how do we get the updated tableau client the we need to fix the thread "Publish Tableau Error." issue?
