Publish Tableau Error

We updated Tableau from 2020.2 to 2020.4 and changed the login credentials for tableau online and in the Tableau section of the ETL. We are running version 6.3.5.1.

Some of our objects are able to publish, but most of them do not. They are throwing the following error. HTTP/1.1 404

Is this a known issue or does anyone know what might be wrong?

Just a quick question

When you say tableau online does it mean that server is provided by Tableau or you are using Tableau server on-premises?

The server is hosted by Tableau.

We changed the password used for the connection. I don't know if it is related to the issues we are having, but they happened around the same time. When I click test connection it will say connected sometimes and other times throw the 401 error, almost as if we are getting timed out.

Perhaps you can create a separate user for us so we can do some testing?
That would be the fastest way to resolve the problem.

What email should be used for the user?
