Schedules stopped working after changing repository from MS Access to MS SQL

We had projects on default repository which were at MS Access database.
We changed repository to MS SQL by backing up current repository and created MS SQL repository by restoring data from backup.
When repository was changed, shedules does not work anymore, they just don't start.
We have tried to re-create schedules but that doesn't work either.
How to make shedules work again?

Current AETL version is 6.3.5.3

Thanks for reply, but I'm looking for reason why schedules stopped working after repository database was changed.
- I can create new schedules with actions from projects, but they won't start either
- Agent is running with account which has access to MS SQL database, so new repository should work OK.

I assume that you read the article and checked everything
For example have you enabled the agent as the article suggests?
