File is in use issue

Hello,
I'm new with ETL and I’m experiencing a recurring issue with ETL Processor, and I haven’t been able to identify the cause.After a CSV file is created, it remains "open" or locked by ETL Processor, preventing the other transformations in the package from accessing or using it.

Have you ever encountered this kind of issue before?

If so, would you have a solution or any suggestions on how to resolve it?Thanks

Our software may, of course, contain bugs - no software is perfect.

To help us investigate the issue, could you please provide the following information?

• Which version are you using?
• Is it the 32-bit or 64-bit version?
• Does the application become unresponsive when you run the transformation directly, from within a package, or in both cases?

 

I'm using the 6.5.3.8 version in 32 bits.
