"Case" not behaving as expected

Since there is no dynamic column lookup functionality (if Brand = X, lookup from Column A. If Brand = Y, lookup from Column B ), I am trying to use Case as a simpler way to do 2 nearly identical lookups, and the choose the values of the successful one. For some reason, only the first mapping is working and not the other 4. I did use the Clone Record feature in the Case properties. Instead, I have to use and map a bunch of If Nulls to achieve the same thing which takes up a lot of space.

We will try to reproduce it in the office

Is your lookup SQL Statement or table?

I deleted the Imgur contents after seeing the attachment area but forgot to remove the link. It would have been the same image.

It is Excel. In this case, I'm looking up a value in column 7 or 8 if the brand is BAS or CLA and pulling values from columns 2-6. This screenshot doesn't show a good example of why, but there are some cases where the lookup value is the same between brands, but the values to retrieve may be brand specific and different. The screenshot doesn't show the lookup example from the first post, but imagine "CNS" in column 7.
One lookup has input set to BAS column and the other is input CLA. Output fields are the same.

I have thought about it and I think the best way is to update excel lookup

EG: add brand to it.

There are other ways of doing it but it think this is the easiest and the fastest.

I agree, keeping it in one column would make it easier and the combined value makes sense, but I didn't create the spreadsheet. I'll see if they are fine with that change.
So in my example the key would be [Brand]-[Collection] = "BAS-CNS" where it could also be "CLA-CNS" to get a different row.
