CSV rows duplicated in transform

CSV rows duplicated in transform was created by Onkar2002
I am facing a new issue in my CSV to SQL transformation.The source CSV file contains 149 rows, but in the ETL transform preview it is showing 298 rows. It appears that the rows are being duplicated during processing.I have verified the CSV file multiple times and it only contains 149 records.Could you please help me understand why the transform is duplicating the rows?

What is your version?

Also, that might happen if you are using mask and there multiple files in the folder
