CSV to SQL transform failing

After the latest Advance ETL update, my existing CSV to SQL Server transformation has stopped working.The execution log shows errors saying “Mandatory field VG is missing”, but the VG column is present in the CSV, correctly mapped, and the data is visible when I click “Process Data.” Despite this, the records are not being written to the SQL table.This same transformation was working fine till yesterday and no mapping changes were made.

However, I’m noticing another issue. My CSV file contains 149 rows, but in the ETL transform preview it is showing 298 rows. It appears that the rows are being duplicated automatically during processing.
I have verified the source CSV and it only contains 149 records.
Could you please help me understand why the transform is duplicating the rows?
