Dynamic Case or?

Hellos,
I know I have made a post regarding dynamic case package , but I am still a little confused 

Say I have a variable #phone# , what I wish to do 

1. if #phone# = 1234 , then Prashant
2. If #phone# = 2345, then Paul
3. If #phone# = 4567 , then Mr. X

I have to create 3 calculations for this , or something else?

Something like this shuld work

 

 

so for each I need To do a separate assign variable ? in this case , 3 set variables ?

I am struggling to understand the question to be honest.

I can see only one variable #phone#

 

The question is we ware doing a dictionary lookup of sort for variable #phone# in another variable called #firstname#

when
 if #phone# = 1234 , then Prashant
2. If #phone# = 2345, then Peter Johnson
3. If #phone# = 4567 , then Mr. Anderson
