Dynamic HTTP POST missing - send file with multiform part data

Hellos,
Old HTTP POST action had an option to select file and attach it 

NEW Dynamic HTTP , i had like to do the same using a variable but cannot find option to do so 

 

I tried a calculated BODY response but this too sends only the string as form values

Can you please confirm if this works for you ? I did try the same but POST requests are going still without the file . 

Also may I request some sort of indiciator ?
