[Req] Package - Master 'script'

 
hellos,
currently we can add a script package to library , when we reuse a copy of the package is created , so each copy of script is separate from others , 

I had like to request or atleast see if it's feasible to have a new 'master' copy of script, which can be referenced
1. So any changes made to master , reflects everywhere in all the packages
2. This will allow us to add our custom blocks which are easier to maintain.
 

To some extend it will be similar to SQL Script.
