Log detail

After upgrading from early v6.4.x.x to v6.4.5.63

Noted that the Execution logs were reformatted. But also noted that we seemed to be missing extra details. For example, in the attached image a Parent Package executes another Package. Previously the log details of the child package were also recorded. In this sample they were not available. In this case the package failed, and the cause was not easily available.

Every action has an individual log file now. 
Only basic information goes into Package log.

We wanted to do it for a while, because it was very difficult to debug large packages with a lot of actions.
