Package Run SQL Script -> Show Output as Message

Hellos,
I have a simple SQL script which is working fine when running as query ,see output 
 

Script is 
SELECT '<json_variable>' AS variable_name,        text_field_02 AS variable_value FROM event_log WHERE id = '00433034-b7f6-44c1-9ec4-91012578a4a0';

I tried a package with two items , Run Script , Show message, but I am not getting the expected output (which should be the json object)
 
 

The easiest way to find 'magically missing' variable is to click on the variables tab and perform value search

I am not able to understand , can I get a working package as example ? 

The problem is I am not able to use SQL script and get the output of the script
