[Bug?] Reports - Question Mark changes location was created by prashant

Hi,
I have a simple text in Reports Module 

Is it Vulnerable ?
But in Preview Mode it appears as ?Is it Vulnerable

See my screenshot below , same is true after restarting AETL too

Please set RTLReading to false

Is there a way to set this as default option instead of turning it on 1 by 1 ? 

I had a look. I do not think it is possible I am afraid
