Transformation - Character Replace with nothing or Remove characters

Let's say a user wish to "remove" few characters(unicode here), so essentially replace with nothing - > [Q◆☆△⬤✂]

This can be achieved currently with regex replace or there is another way ?

Have you tried delete characters function?

My bad !! missed that completely , replace is all I checked. 

I can also confirm it can be used to delete spaces.
