Cannot Resize Transformer Grid if data is turned off

Hellos,

Please see this behaviour 
1. If data is shown below , I can adjust the transformer grid 
2. if data is turned off , no adjustment is possible , and no full screen option available

this is expected behaviour, we will tweak the interface so the yellow area is updated correctly
