Network Path Issues

Hello, I have a package that access a mapped network drive to copy a file for processing. When I run it manually (green or blue arrow ) from Design window it works but when the agent runs it, it fails. When I preform the same thing but instead of copying I just move it, it worked. I have attached some screen shots but will continue trying different things to get this to work - thank you

"Design window it works but when the agent runs it, it fails"

It has always been like this, the mapped drives do not exist inside Windows services, and the agent is a Windows service.
(It does apply to all software, not just ours)

Please use the UNC path instead.
Also, make sure that the agent user has access to the folders.
