Errors when adding new tables

Errors when adding new tables was created by prashant
Hellos,
I am facing excessive slowness when using admin menu to add new tables. Adding a new table hangs Active Tables for for 10-12 seconds. 

After adding new table and preview I get this 
 

Then if I try to do something

sorry under MENU ITEMS and this is the behaviour when I try to edit the same
