validate

I have 2 table in active table editor, department and employee and with primary key from department in employee. I have mentioned different departments as a lookup but I am also able to add directly any department outside of department table in employee table in grid edit mode

I used sql to let that data not to be saved

 But I want to restrict from adding different department during grid edit
 

The grid has some limitations I am afraid   I doubt that we will be able to address this issue
