Access violation at address 0000000001EE6603 in module 'aetlcl.exe

Hi,
As a result of an Access violation at address 0000000001EE6603 in module 'aetlcl.exe', my scheduled etl jobs fail frequently. Read of address 0000000000000040 error.

Please let me know what caused this error.

Are you using the latest version of our software?

using Version 6.3.10.7

Can you try replacing aetlcl.exe with the one from the latest version and let us know if it helps or not?

Please can you let me know what is causing this Access violation at address 0000000001EE6603 in module 'aetlcl.exe' and read of address 0000000000000040 error? This same job ran without any issues when I resubmitted and also sometimes it ran without any error.

We do not know anything about the job you are running how can we help you?
Are you running a 64-bit version or 32-bit? (we do not know anything about it either)
Which database are you working with?
What ODBC driver are you using?
Maybe it is an ODBC driver bug?

The way we deal with AV we always ask to try the latest version.

If this does not help we create a special build and ask the customer to run it.
Special build creates the log file which tells us which line of code is failing.

Sometimes it does not work so we try to reproduce the problem in the office or connect remotely
