Scheduled packages don't start after changing repository from MS Access to MSSQL

We tried to change AETL repository from default MS Access to MS SQL using OLE DB connection.
Repository change was successful itself, we could run packages manually from new repository.
Scheduled packages won't start, however.
Scheduled packages are working fine when using MS Access repository.

We have tried following:
- Rebooted AETL server
- Restarted Execution Agent
- Updated AETL from 6.3.5.x to 6.3.11.7

AETL version: 6.3.11.7

How to fix this?

Scheduler was already active and was working in MS Access repository.
Now repository is in MS SQL server and scheduler is not working.

I tried to remove ETL Server Execution Agent and re-install it again, but that didn't help either.

We probably just gave up earlier and went back to MS Access.
