SFTP Failure

Hello,
I can connect to my external SFTP site with WinSCP, MoveIT, etc but receive the following error in ETL Tools when connecting.

We use third party components to work with SFTP.

They were updated in the 6.4.2.12

14/03/2024 6.4.2.12

 + Updated: SSH components
 + Added: "Search In Subdirectories" option to Directory Monitor   

Can I suggest to try the latest version please.

There is no need to upgrade everything yet, just install it on separate computer and test the connection.

Hi Patrick.

The only way for us to tackle this problem is to connect your SFTP server from our office.

Therefore can ask you to create a separate account for us and it email the details to us.
(It can be deleted alter).
 

The site is IP restricted, can you email me a method to setup and gather debug logs for you?

We were planning to sue debugger to step trough the code  .

We can email you our IP address so you can grant access to us.

Anyway are you able to connect using filezilla?

It does produce quite detailed logs.

Please enable logging and email the log file to us.
