On-line Order
This is the fastest and easiest way to order. Your credit card information is sent directly to the credit card processor in a highly secure manner. How the Online Order Process Works

- Place your order using the secure online payment system.
- Your license will be emailed immediately.

If you do not receive your product license within a reasonable amount of time (usually two business days for credit card payments or two weeks for other payments), please notify us! We apologize for any inconvenience caused by such delays.
Licensing
- Single license = one user within same organisation.
- Site license = unlimited number of users within one or group of buildings within one city
Support and maintenance
The annual maintenance fee is 20 percent of software license cost.
Users with a fully paid annual maintenance fee get the following benefits:

- Free software enhancements, updates and upgrades during the maintenance period
- Advanced and exclusive notification of software promotions
- "Maintenance Owner ONLY" product promotions
