Troubleshooting

Windows

  1. Stop ETL-Tools.com Licensing Server (64bit) windows service
  2. execute C:\Program Files\DB Software Laboratory\Licensing Server\licensing_server.exe

Linux

  1. sudo systemctl stop etl-tools-licensing-server
  2. cd /opt/etl-tools.com/licensing-server
  3. sudo ./licensing_server

Refresh the page
