Software Registration issues

This article outlines how the registration process works for our software, covering the trial period, registration steps, licensing server, and common issues encountered during registration.

Trial Period

  • Duration: 30 days.
  • Features: Fully functional with no limitations, including services.
  • Upon first execution, the trial period begins, and the following dialogue appears:

Software Registration

After purchasing, users receive a registration email. Ensure the correct email address is provided, especially if purchasing for someone else.

  • Purpose: Simplifies the registration process for site licenses by centrally storing and retrieving registration information.
  • Licensing server use is optional.

Common Registration Issues

1. Incorrect Registration Name

Ensure the name matches the email exactly, including case sensitivity and no leading/trailing spaces.

2. Wrong Software Version

Registration is specific to the purchased version. For example, licenses for Professional cannot register Enterprise.

3. Repeated Registration Prompts

Run the software as an administrator to resolve this issue.
