The Cloud Files List Action is a critical feature used to retrieve a list of files and directories from a specified location on a Cloud server. This action allows users to automate the process of scanning and listing files present in remote server directories, helping organizations track available files, assess server content, or perform other file management tasks as part of broader workflows. By automating the file listing process, this action enhances efficiency and streamlines workflows that depend on monitoring or retrieving server data.

The following cloud storage providers supported: DropBox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, HiDrive, Yandex Disk and Box

Metadata tab

1. The Write Variables option ensures that the “Package Action” logs the variable values into the “Action vars before log file” before the action is executed and logs the updated variable values into the “Action vars after log file” after the action completes.
2. This option is typically used for debugging and is not recommended in a production environment.
3. It can be globally disabled through the options dialog .
