Execution Agent started but log an error and don't start the scheduled tasks

Hello! I have this problem.

When I start the Visual Importer ETL Enterprise - Execution Agent (64bit), the service seems started.
But into the Visual Importer Enterprise folder appear a log file named like VImpAgent_20211019101459_2020.log with this error repeated for each row.

And the agent really don't work and don't start the scheduled tasks.

"ONDULATI-APPS4" is the name of the Windows VPS.
"Administrator" the user (domains admin) that run the service.
"La conversione di un tipo di dati nvarchar in datetime ha generato un valore non compreso nell'intervallo dei valori consentiti" in english is: "the conversion of a nvarchar data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range value"

This error appears whether the scheduled tasks into Visual Importer ETL Enterprise are enabled or not.

I try to change the user into Service's properties, using another local administrator and system local, but nothing change.

Visual Importer ETL Enterprise (64bit) Standard License
Version: 9.2.7.26
Windows Server 2016 Standard 64bit
Language: Italian
Processor: QEMU Virtual CPU version 2.5+ 2.39ghz (4 processors)
The installation was made with the Domain Administrator user.
And the Services will be run with the same user.
I use a local Administrator (local administrators group).
Repository on SQL Server 2016 Express Advanced
Version: 13.0.5103
