ETL Tool Integration with ALM Tools.

I was just researching ETL Tools Integration with other Tools. But I did not find anything on the web.

I am looking for some solution where my target will be my master database and source will be some other tools like ALM (Jazz,TFS, Bugzilla etc) where data source format is not exposed. I want to check if there is a direct integration mechanism by which my ETL integration can convert the data from such tools(which will be source) and convert the data to my target database.

Looking for some powerful ETL Tools which can provide integration to other tools and not use xml, flat files and database as source.

Your earliest feedback will be deeply appreciated.

As far as I am aware you can conenct directly to the backend database.
That would the fastest way of pulling the data
