multiple-step ole db operation generated errors. Check each OLE DB status value

I am getting this error every time I connect my JSON ODBC to the Database Browser "multiple-step ole DB operation generated errors. Check each OLE DB status value how to check status. no work was done"

This error has me dumbfounded and confused. I don't know what the actual issue is. I adjusted meta values on my ODBC, I've changed sources, and I've checked everything I could think of but I have no idea. How do I even check OLE DB values?

I tried these same ODBC drivers and sources from another PC and windows server version, and it works but on the PC where I needed it to work, I get this error.

The PC I need this DB to work on is a Windows 2016 Server.
I am using ZappySys JSON ODBC driver.

As mention, I was able to get this work on a windows 10 pro and windows 2012 server r2.
Any help, or suggestions?

I doubt we can help you.
We do not have control over third-party ODBC drivers or OLE Db.
We use OLE DB + ODBC to work with the data
If the driver or OLE DB returns the error we cannot fix it.
All we can do is present the error to the user

It is part of windows so it cannot be downloaded or installed separately

It has a lot of options perhaps you can contact the developer so they can help you.

what does this error even mean? i've search up and down the interwebs and I cant for the life of me figure out why its even doing it. any help or direction would be much appreciated
