URL Logger returns Error if Code fails

I noticed URL logger accepting a webhook but still returning a 500 error to server. Upon observation I found that code was enabled , I messed up the code. 

Whether by design or not , I think this was great !
1. Webhook is accepted to preserve data
2. Server gets an error notifying something went wrong 

 

This is by design

First of all it allows to reprocess the data in case of failure.
Secondly it helps to investigate the issues
