Email Monitor not executing package

What we want to do is send an email with a date in the subject line that is used in the package to create a report. We have everything working except that we have to manually run the package once we send the email.

We believe that monitor is not checking email.

This an on-demand report that does not have any set schedule time.
We have verified the pop monitor service is running and enabled in ETL, the service is set to run as local user and not local system account.

If so can you post some screenshots, please

Also, POP3 Monitor looks for new email messages to arrive (Works only when the number of messages goes up)

Also, check the log file located in the same folder as executable

There is no log file.
