Message Size Exceeds Fixed Maximum Message Size ( Email )

Dear Support ,

Kindly assist with the following issue when sending automatic email .



Other emails are working properly except for this particular email. I have deleted and recreated the object, still same issue.
Additional info :
I have 21 recipients
The file size is 1634kb
The file is in zip and inside has several folders and long path for example C:\File\ABC00001.zip\672\202204\04\988\P\2204002OZP\40949\00001\00001
C:\File\ABC00001.zip\672\202204\04\988\P\2204002OZP\40949\00001\00002
C:\File\ABC00001.zip\672\202204\04\988\Q\2204002OZP\40949\00001\00001

Could it be due to long path ?
