Transformation and Package Designer Alignment

AETLP v6.3.7.17 x32

Hi this is very minor but thought I would raise it as it does cause a fair amount of frustration for me as I prefer to keep the layout of graphical items in the designer as neat as I can to aid in troubleshooting and clarity of general logic flow.

What I have noticed that when you add items to the designer panel and then hit save, the items all seem to then realign with the top left (0,0). They continue all of the proper offsetting from each other but the initial point seems to re-zeroise and then it shuffles all of the objects slightly up and to the left.

Whilst this is just a visual thing, it does mean that all of the positions for all elements are slightly adjusted thus when you move things or add things they won't snap to a grid location that is in alignment with the existing objects.

To get around this, I typically add an empty note object at the top. This seems to then prevent the objects beneath it from adjusting their positions and therefore, they retain the alignment and positioning I have given them.

It is a low value item but after spending a bit of time aligning things it is a bit frustrating when they all shift slightly.

I know I can turn off the snap-to-grid option but this is useful when setting up the initial layout.

cheers

We will add a check box to the options dialogue which will allow disabling this kind of behaviour.
This will apply to packages as well
