I was just wondering if the regex option in extracting an IMAP4 Reader Action property is really a regex or just a wildcard? I ask because we have a regex in the same IMPA4 Reader Action filtering on the attachment name in the message - and that works. But if I put the exact same regex expression in the 'when extracting use the following regular expression' - no file is actually extracted. Yet if I just use a wildcard like *.xls or turn it off - it will extract the file. I have included a couple of screen shots.
I can get around all of this but I am curious because in this case the attachment could have a couple of different names and yet have the same contents and also it can have upper and lower case names and it could be .xls or .xlsx
