is it possible to create connector to Fabric Database with Authentication Microsoft Entra MFA?

Not supported and it is not because we do want to implemented it but because it is not possible to implement

The whole idea of automation is that the process is run without user interaction.

Imagine that you run some ETL Process every 30 minutes 24/7.  Do you want to enter MFA details every 30 minutes? 
 
The proper way of doing it is to use Microsoft Entra Service Principal with ODBC

Driver={ODBC Driver 18 for SQL Server};
Server=your-server.database.fabric.microsoft.com,1433;
Database=your_database;
Authentication=ActiveDirectoryServicePrincipal;
UID=your-client-id;
PWD=your-client-secret;
Encrypt=yes;
TrustServerCertificate=no;
Connection Timeout=30;

This dialogue currently does not support this type of connection, we will tweak it for you and let you know once it is available
