External Application - Parameters not getting updated in execution

So I have a strange case where my execution is running fine when running manually , but fails when I run via package. 

Culprit was change in parameters, earlier it was

I changed it to below , but but the command line continues to run in same manner.

I went ahead and made a new EXTERNAL OBJECT  with exact details and now command line works fine 
 

Please ignore this , I was a fool running two separate packages

BUT is there a command line limit to the number of characters? Mine is 1003 characters

I also saw a small bug in edit window where there is definitely clipping happening

Yes, you are right, there was 1k horizontal scroll limit which we increased to 8k.
