Transformations - Auto Arrange

Is there a way to arrange the transformations automagically? it's painful to arrange the transformation , and Ih ave multiple such transformation totally gone haywire

Because this particular function is used in many places.

What we end up doing is writing a separate function for file loop and keeping the rest the same 

No , this transformation was crazy before hand itself. I would love to have everything pop up systematically following the workflow direction (left to right)
