Defining a package Default Fail was created by prashant
 

1. What I wish to achieve , if ANY steps fails for any reason , send an email 
2. The way to achieve currently is to define a fail option for 'every' object added . Correct?
3. Is it possible to define a package level failure option ?

Default error needn't be connected to object? Correct?
