[Solved] Unable to get Directory Monitor to work

All the list of monitors are working. Please see attach the screenshot for the same
 

I have configured it to run when  an item(specific file)  is added or modified. 
 

I have now tried multiple times to delete the file and add a new one. Overwrite the file. But I am unable to get the directory monitor to detect and run a package . Any clues ?

Even though view logs is selected, if I try to open logs, nothing happens 

 


What does wait till file is read do?

Directory monitor can be a pain.

1. you are using full path. there is no need for it because the path is taken from the directory, just use file name without path
2. What does wait till file is read do?

• Well imagine that you have copy 2TB file.
• It is not going to be instant.
• So you have to wait until file operation is completed

Directory log is text file with all events. 

PS - View Directory LOG does nothing 

When I manually open directory , it works but no new logs are created when adding / modifying files 
 

I tried even deleting files now and selecting it in trigger , but no logs are created
