How to count number of items in group

How do I count the number of records in each department and display it ?

I would personally use SQL to count people within group, provided that your source database actually supports it.

It should be also possible to do it using FastReports itself.

We will run some experiments in the office and get back to you.

I would use SQL too , but the idea was to give users an option in Fast Reports too . Do let me know what experiments yield

This is rather easy if you want to show the value at the group footer.

Just use memo or System Text object, Here is how



But if you want to show it at the group footer it became much more complicated
