Hiding Older packages

Hellos,
As dynamic packages have now stabilzed , I want to stop using older packages for the new packages we create, when searching be deafult both options come , shall we consider an optional flag somewhere which allows us to 'hide' or stop showing older static packages 

I do understand you will have some customers who will never want to use the new dynamic package , hence how do we atleast get new users , new packages to start showing dynamic as default ?

Maybe we can show only new ones in search by default and a checkbox shows older static package?
