Hi together,

Is it possible to edit the “file” so that it excludes those to be deleted?
Archive xls should remain the other xls should be deleted

Nut sure I understand the question...

Would you like to delete all files except *.xlsx?

I see what you mean now.

It think the best option would be to create a separate action called "Keep Files".
