ETL not started after update

Hi,

I updated the Advanced ETL Processor Enterprise from version 6.4.4.59 to 6.4.5.5 and the etl services and the application do not restart. The services time out with error 1053 and the application stop with error 0xc0000005.
Now I have restored the Windows 2022 Standard server from the snapshot and everything works regularly

They just released a new version to address the bug

Go to help -> Download latest version and install the new release

I updated to version 6.4.5.6, now the application and services start but running an FTP job fails

Looking at it now.
Can you tell me what the ftp job does?

EG upload/download etc.

Also is it FTP or SFTP?
