Connecting to BOX

Hello.

I am attempting to connect to Box using the cloud storage feature, but it is not functioning as expected. Could there be an issue with the version I am using that prevents this functionality? Alternatively, is there another method to connect to Box? I would greatly appreciate a prompt response, as I am currently working on a task with an approaching deadline.

Can you tell me which version you have over there?

We use AETL v 6.3.11.9 here

This is rather a very old version plus API keeps changing.
The cloud components were also updated a while ago.

Anyway, I have tested the latest version of AETL and can confirm that is working as expected.

Also in the latest version we have added a cloud browser screen.
It allows to view cloud file storage data, download/upload files and work with folders.

Two things we did to resolve this (for Cloud Drives)

1. We simply installed the desktop version of the application on the machine running ETL-Tools (Gdrive in our case) , then in packages , we simply 'move' the files to the relevant directory
2. For absolute cases where we couldn't' install the client, we used chatgpt to make us a fancy python script to tailor to our need precisely. 

I have installed latest version and it is still not working.
