Would like to Hire an expert to help us learn.

Hi Everyone,

We have started doing some TRANSFORMATIONS and are getting caught on some of the more complicated logic.

Examples:
SFIELD1 has value 1 or 0
SFIELD2 has a value 1 or 0
We are using a LOOKUP REPLACE to map the combinations that goes into DFIELD1= A,L,E,I
However, 
SFIELD3 ONLY IF value of 1210 or 1211 and it would need to OVERWRITE the value in DFIELD1=A

Because we are impacting the same field OUTPUT (which 2 connections to the same output are not allowed).
We can't see how to add a LOGIC in between from 2 seperate fields. 

ONLY OPTION seems to run 2 DIFFERENT TRANFORMATIONS 
So that these changes happen in sequence. 

My concern is we don't UNDERSTAND the CASE statement or how to link a VALUE from SFIELD3 to the same output impacting DFIELD1

With all that said, this is going to be 1 of 100 different problems we are going to need to solve with ETL-TOOLS. 
My assume that someone out there is already an EXPERT in solving these, and we would like to find a CONSULTING PARTNER (from the company or the community) who we could hire to push us through these concepts much faster than banging our head on the wall. 

We are using the HELP DOCUMENTATION but in many cases the help is not saying much to someone who is NEW, but maybe more helpful for experienced user.

4. Cheat Code - Team ETL also does paid customizations if you need something that's not covered in package (I highly doubt it , it's very very thorough)
