Dynamic Reports - Cannot change report

HI,

Please see my futile attempt to change report from EO with Image to EO with Image clone

TO save others time , I was clicking on report parameters to change report but not change REPORT ID
 

OK just found my mistake, report name has to be changed from Parameter - report , why then is the user allowed to select new report from parameters from 'other reports' ?

The user may decide to get report id using variable or calculation so in this case we do not know the report id during design time.
The drop down on the report parameters tab allow to retrieve report parameters regardless
