Package - Dynamic Report - Saving File extension missing

Package - Dynamic Report - Saving File extension missing was created by prashant
In Dynamic reports, when saving file name , I am shown file extension (see screenshots) but after typing the file name , the extension (pdf in my case) is not reflected in Dynamic Reports window

PS - Everything works though
