Reports Object selection- Scroll req

When I work from home , I find it extremely disorienting to select an item such as table from the vertical toolbar from a laptop with low resolution , the only way to get to the bottom is to increase resolution of the monitor . 

Report tree & Object Inspector have a vertical scroll bar auto present when needed , same should happen for below

 

 

I doubt that we can do something about it since it is a third party component
