Transformation Error

Hello, I started getting an error with some transformations. I have successfully been able to transfer most of a 3.2 million record table without issue. But the last 200K or so records give me an error every time I try, even though the same transformation worked for the first 3 million records.
I am pulling data from an SAP ADS ODBC driver and loading onto a MySQL server. I just updated the software to the latest version, 6.4.4.8. 
The errors look like this: #HY000Incorrect string value: '\xA0' for column 'DIAG' at row 3
But if I look at the third row from the reader, it has the value 'H52.223'. It will repeat the same error for every single row. The log will also say x number of records have been created, yet they are not in the destination.
I've attached the transformation as well as the log file and the exact data I'm trying load. I also attached an example of the transformation working.

Please try enabling "Use Unicode" option and let us know the outcome
