Reporting - Offer letter

Hellos,
I have barely used reports feature of ETL,  I know it requires me to connect to sql (other services possible ?)

Could I request for a report example , let's say to generate an offer letter ? Data source could be csv / sql whatever is supported.

Working with reports can be very confusing for  new users especially working with parameters.

Report generator is is third party component changing is very difficult.

For someone who's never used SRSS or Crystal , report module indeed looks complex.  Few questions

1 Does the pdf output support pagination (multiple page pdf) ?
2. Let's assume the offer letter now is 4 pages long, do I add the required text for each page or do I add one object in page 1 and let it flow?
3. The third party module is FastReports 5?
